About Lewis
Mr. Khashan personally oversees all of the firm’s cases. Although his primary areas of practice include Civil Rights, Civil Litigation, Serious Personal Injury, and Catastrophic matters, Mr. Khashan is well versed in many other areas of the law. Mr. Khashan has taken part in advanced studies in mediation and negotiation techniques.
Mr Khashan is an aggressive litigation attorney and provides the firm’s clients with advocacy and justice. With MILLIONS of dollars of verdicts and settlements, rest assured your case will be handled with the expertise and knowledge it takes to obtain the best possible results for your matter. Outside of work, Mr. Khashan continues to teach and compete in mixed martial arts.
Mr. Khashan holds a 4th degree black belt in Shao-Lin Kung-Fu, a black belt in Wing Chun, and extensive training in MMA fighting. He is one of three to be credentialed to teach a unique form of Kung-Fu only known to a limited few in the United States. Mr. Khashan has also been coaching High School and College wrestling for the past twenty years.
About Anhie
Ahnie joined the Khashan Law Firm in 2016. She quickly rose to the position of senior litigation paralegal as a result of her great work ethic and dedication. Ahnie currently serves as the firm’s office manager. Throughout the years at the firm, she has developed an immense passion for the law.
She is currently pursing her degree in business management. In addition, Ahnie is furthering her career in the legal field with a law apprenticeship program through the Khashan Law Firm. She is pursuing her goals of becoming an attorney soon.
Ahnie’s passion for becoming an attorney is to ensure justice for people who need help. Ahnie enjoys going on hikes and exploring nature. She is a mother of two Siberian huskies who help keep her very active. She is also an avid sports fan. When not at the office, she loves to attend sporting events with her friends and family. Ahnie is originally from Los Angeles. She is a big Los Angeles Lakers and Dodgers’ fan. She strives to have a “Mamba Mentality”, which is, “A constant quest to be the best version of yourself.”
About Karina
At Khashan Law Firm, our team is built on dedication, compassion, and a commitment to justice. One of our outstanding team members, Karina, embodies these qualities every day. Since joining the firm in 2019, Karina has played a vital role as one of our Pre-Litigation Paralegals, helping clients navigate the early stages of their legal journeys with care and precision.
Originally from San Diego, Karina brings a warm and welcoming presence to our office. Her deep compassion for helping others fuels her ultimate goal of becoming an attorney in the future. She is passionate about advocating for those in need and ensuring that every client receives the attention and justice they deserve.
Outside of work, Karina enjoys the great outdoors. Whether she’s hiking scenic trails or relaxing with a good book, she finds joy in connecting with nature. She’s also a huge boxing fan, always keeping up with the latest matches and greatest fighters. And when it comes to food, nothing beats authentic Mexican cuisine—something she appreciates any day of the week!
Known for her caring and family-oriented nature, Karina brings joy and laughter to our firm daily. Her positive energy and dedication make her an essential part of the Khashan Law Firm team. Karina is currently in school for administration of justice degree and enjoys spending time with her Siamese cat.
About Andrew
Andrew recently joined the firm to expand his legal knowledge. Andrew grew up in Glendora,
California where he attended school. He is a recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University where he studied and obtained his Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science. He is now working towards his lifelong dream of becoming a practicing lawyer. After law school Andrew intends on representing and managing sports players throughout the Country.
Andrew is very family oriented and enjoys spending time at home. In the little free time he has, Andrew collects fitted sports hats. Andrew also enjoys exploring the outdoors. He frequently goes to the beach, explores different hiking trails, and traveling. The firm looks forward to Andrew’s law school graduation and fulfilling his dream of becoming a lawyer.
About Shirley
Shirley has been an Attorney at Khashan Law Firm since 2024. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Cal Poly Pomona in 2014, then later attended Law School in order to pursue her goal of becoming an Attorney. Shirley knew she wanted to be an Attorney because it allowed her to fulfill her passion for helping others. She decided to aim for this career because she wanted the challenge, the independence, and the stability for her life. Three things that this position has definitely brought upon her.
Shirley has an extensive background in Personal Injury, as she has practiced it for over 8 years. Shirley’s strong work ethic and selflessness drives her career as she strives to always do her best to help others.
Aside from work, Shirley is a fun and outgoing person. She enjoys music, dancing, karaoke, and going to every concert. Shirley loves all types of music but especially enjoys singing and dancing along to Spanish music. One of her goals for the future includes learning to play the guitar.
Additionally, she loves to travel, experience new places, and eat their cuisine. Some of her favorite cuisines include Mexican, Italian, and Asian. She would love to travel every inch of the world. Shirley also loves animals. She has a four-legged best friend named Tano, who is a Boxer and is always by her side. Shirley also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
About Melinda
Melinda began her career at the KHASHAN Law Firm, APC in 2021, and works on several high-profile civil litigation cases. She assists staff and attorneys with case management, client relations, and workflow. and federal cases before relocating to the East Bay. Since joining KHASHAN Law, Melinda has focused on assisting with personal injury cases for the firm’s clients and assisting in all aspects of the cases.
On free time Melinda loves to spend time with her family and son.
About Marie
As one of the firm’s litigation paralegals, Marie Angel Stamaria, has evidently shown a strong determination and passion for the law. Ms. Stamaria assists with the firm’s clientele by ensuring that their cases are reviewed and completed properly and smoothly through the pre-litigation and litigation processes. She is planning to attend law school soon to advance within her legal career further to become an attorney. She holds strong interests in Health Law, Public Interest Law, and Business/Corporate Law but remains open-minded to all areas of expertise. Ms. Stamaria upholds a desire to serve underrepresented groups and the general community. She believes that her role as a paralegal at Khashan Law Firm has been one of the most influential parts of her legal journey and has affirmed her aspirations of becoming an attorney.
Aside from her work at the firm, Ms. Stamaria volunteers at both the East County San Diego Superior Court and the ACLU of Massachusetts. She also juggles several hobbies and interests including singing, fashion, going to the gym, running, trying new coffee and food spots, and experimenting with different ceremonial matcha powders at home.

About Jennie
Jennie has dedicated much of her career to assisting injured workers. In 2023, she joined Khashan Law Firm to leverage her extensive knowledge and experience in the legal aspects of workers’ compensation.
A passionate advocate for the law, Jennie is committed to providing exceptional support to clients in need. She prioritizes keeping her clients well-informed about the legal process and the status of their cases.
Jennie’s areas of expertise include impairment rating under AMA guidelines, vocational rehabilitation, utilization review, and medical terminology.
Her strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills contribute to the efficient progression of cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Jennie cherishes time spent with her family. She enjoys attending sporting events and finding humor in live comedy shows.
About Jazmin
Jazmín joined Khashan Law Firm as the Marketing Director, where she focuses on building strong business relationships and serving as a bridge between clients and the firm. Passionate about connecting with people, she finds fulfillment in communicating across languages and forming genuine relationships not only on a professional level but a personal one as well.
A proud advocate for community engagement, Jazmín loves sharing the story of Khashan Law Firm — who they are, the services they offer, and their commitment to supporting the local community. One of her primary focuses is spreading the message that “we speak your language,” ensuring that the Latino/Hispanic community knows they have a dedicated team ready to help and support them. Being able to make these connections directly brings her a deep sense of satisfaction.
Jazmín is a native Spanish and English speaker and has achieved native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese through years of dedication and passion for learning languages and exploring different cultures. Her linguistic skills have been invaluable both personally and professionally, enhancing her ability to connect with diverse communities. Additionally, she studied Japanese for five years and looks forward to continuing her journey with the language.
Outside of work, Jazmín thrives in the great outdoors, enjoying activities like hiking, exercising, and dancing. She practices capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance and acrobatics, and finds joy in listening to music, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her multifaceted interests and unwavering enthusiasm make her an integral part of the Khashan Law Firm team, embodying a spirit of connection, inclusivity, and cultural appreciation.
About Joey
Joey grew up in East L.A. and was schooled in Pacific Palisades where he made great connections and networked as a young entrepreneur. Joey is familiar with radio station broadcasts, DJ services, graphic design and marketing. After 20 years in Los Angeles, he moved to Las Vegas to begin his career in hospitality and entertainment. Joey has been integral in opening and operating multiple restaurants and nightclubs and lounges on the Las Vegas strip. Joey was directly involved with operations, management, budgeting and marketing for all the venues he operated. Joey was able to maintain a digital presence through partnerships and maintaining social media accounts for over 15 companies concurrently. Joey lives by many quotes, one specifically from Jedi Master Yoda, who said mindfully “Do or do not. There is no try.”
A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one. Joey uses quotes in life by using his experience, skill and knowledge to help other individuals or small businesses in his new hometown. Joey helps where he can, however he can, but his passion is helping the less fortunate. Joey relaxes by DJing when he can and helping other DJs find bookings though live air play on his weekly radio show. Joey is a father of 4 beautiful adult children, one of whom is a new US Marine. After 20 years in Las Vegas, Joey is now living the empty nest life with his wife Tiffany, here in the Temecula Valley. Together with his wife, they run a 501(c)(3) aviation organization where they offer aviation scholarships to young adults that seek a future career in aviation and fly young adults ranging from ages 14-18 every month for their first flight in a program called Young Eagles. Joey believes in giving more than receiving and is the first to lead in having others with the means to do the same.
At Khashan Law Firm, Joey is essential in structuring the firm with long term procedures that assist in the nurturing of relationships with partners for the expansion of the firm into new markets in California.
About Giana
Giana joined the Khashan Law Firm in 2024. She is currently a Legal Assistant for pre-litigation and litigation. While working at the Khashan Law Firm, she is also a full-time college student. Giana will graduate in the spring of 2025 with high honors as she receives her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice along with a minor in Sociology. After graduation, Giana plans on entering law school and pursuing her goal of becoming an attorney. Giana has a passion for helping those who might feel lost or voiceless and strives to use her determination and compassion to help these individuals throughout her career.
Outside of work and school, Giana’s passion is dancing. She has been training and performing over five styles of dance since she was three years old. Giana enjoys dancing as it provides a safe space for her to express herself and allows her to forget about the real world and be stress-free. Additionally, Giana enjoys spending time with her family as they are her peace, safety, and comfort. Her big family is her number one support system and always has fun when they’re together. Other hobbies of hers include singing, doing anything creative, and spending time with her friends. Giana is also a big football and basketball fan, as she has grown up cheering for the Las Vegas Raiders and the Los Angeles Lakers.
About Julio
Julio joined the Khashan Law Firm in 2023. During his time at university, he was in awe learning how our modern American legal system came to be. This inspired Julio to pursue a career in law. He found out that breaking into the world of law is the easy part as he started his journey to be an attorney. Julio wants to be an attorney because he wants to be the bridge that connects the members of the community to the legal options they never thought they had.
Outside the office, Julio enjoys his spare time cooking, baking and various crafts. He loves the process from envisioning projects to manifesting those ideas. Julio also enjoys travelling, especially with the people he loves. Julio takes part in various activities that travelling entails from hiking trails to learning stories of historic sites. Julio is also a family-oriented person. He takes every opportunity to create memories with his family from having weekly family movie nights to a night stroll by La Jolla’s beautiful beaches. Julio has recently become engaged to his fiancé. They are excited about taking the next step in their relationship and are planning big things for their future.
About Lauren
Lauren joined the Khashan team in late 2024 and is currently one of the firm’s legal assistants, as well as one of the first bright, smiling faces you’ll meet when visiting the office. Born and raised in Southern California, Lauren is a true San Diego native who enjoys all that California has to offer, from the beaches on the west to the sand dunes in the east. She has a deep love for nature and animals and comes from a 12-year background in veterinary medicine, a field she will always hold close to her heart.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys playing a variety of PC and console games, watching football with her husband (she’s a big Chargers and Trojans fan), and listening to her favorite books and series on Audible. Above all, she treasures spending quality time with her husband and dog—her little family.
