A sexual assault investigation has been opened against rapper T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny”. A woman whose identity has not been disclosed reportedly met with Los Angeles detectives in April 2021 claiming that she was assaulted in 2005 by the couple.
Another woman, Rachelle Jenks filed a police complaint with similar allegations of sexual assault and drugging in Las Vegas earlier this month. However, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has neither confirmed nor denied if the investigation was active.
Both women are being represented by the same attorney who claims to also represent several other women who have similar allegations against the famous couple. In March, the attorney had reportedly sent letters to authorities in California and Georgia asking to investigate his client’s claims.
The allegations of all the women are strangely similar involving instances of sexual abuse, forced consumption of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terroristic threats, and wrongful imprisonment. The alleged incidents span from 2005 to 2018.
The couple has strongly denied any wrongdoing, saying that encounters if any were consensual. They stated that the alleged victims were trying to seek only attention for themselves.
In response to the allegations, VH1 has halted the filming of their reality show T.I. and Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle.
They have decided to halt the filming till they are investigating the women’s claims. e. The rapper who was part of the first two Ant-Man films from Marvel Studios has been reportedly dropped from their upcoming film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
