On Monday afternoon around 4.30 p.m., a tall construction crane fell over and crashed through the roof of a house in Rancho Palos Verdes, Los Angeles County.
Though nobody was injured the urban search and rescue teams were called to determine the damage caused to the house’s structural integrity.
The crane construction accident was reported on 26th April 2021 at the 30100 block of Cartier Drive. As per the initial reports, the crane was lifting and erecting beams in the backyard, when it lost control and toppled over.
The crane crashed through the roof of the house and fell on the top floor. As the crane crashed the truck anchoring it got lifted off two wheels and fell partly on its side.
